Story generation isn't working
AI writing needs an internet connection, since your premise is sent to our API to be turned into a story. Check your connection and try again. If a premise is repeatedly rejected, it may have tripped our content filters — try rephrasing it.
Exported videos aren't saving
Videos are rendered directly on your device. Make sure the app has permission to save to your photo library or media storage — you can check this in your device settings under app permissions.
My subscription isn't recognized
Make sure you're signed into the same App Store or Google Play account you purchased with, then use "Restore Purchases" in the app's settings. Purchases are managed through your store account, so no login or password is needed.
