Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using Fake Chat Story Maker ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and CurlyCorn LLC.

Fake Chat is a storytelling tool for creating fictional chat-story videos for entertainment. The service includes:

• •AI-assisted writing of fictional text conversations from a premise you type
• •Editing tools to rewrite, reorder, or delete lines and rename characters
• •Animated playback with typing indicators and read receipts
• •Themes and color packs
• •Vertical video export, rendered on your device

The App is not a messaging service. It does not send, receive, or imitate real messages, and everything it produces is fiction created by you.

The App is for fictional content only. You agree to use it for storytelling and entertainment, and NOT to:

• •Create or attempt to create sexual content involving minors — this is strictly forbidden and filtered
• •Create hateful content or content that harasses, threatens, or defames any person
• •Create content that encourages self-harm
• •Present generated stories as real conversations to deceive, defraud, or harm others
• •Violate any applicable law or the rules of platforms where you share your videos

Generation requests are checked by automated content filters, and we may block generations that violate this policy. We may suspend access for repeated or serious violations.

Stories are written by artificial intelligence (via Google's Gemini API) from the premise you provide. AI output can be unpredictable; you are responsible for reviewing and editing your story before exporting or sharing it, and for how you use the resulting videos.

You retain rights to the premises you write and the stories you create, to the extent permitted by law. By using the App, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your premises and story text solely to provide the service. The App itself — its design, features, and content (excluding your content) — is owned by CurlyCorn LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

• •Purchases are billed to your Apple App Store or Google Play account and managed through RevenueCat.
• •Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• •You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's App Store or Google Play settings.
• •Free trial periods, if offered, automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled.
• •Prices vary by region; current prices are shown in the App.
• •Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their store policies; we cannot issue refunds directly.
• •No refunds for partial subscription periods or unused credits.

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR THAT AI-GENERATED CONTENT WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS. YOUR USE OF THE APP IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CURLYCORN LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP IN THE PAST TWELVE MONTHS.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CurlyCorn LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App, the content you create or share, or your violation of these Terms.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will post significant changes on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
